What is a conventional construction?
Conventional constructions in Greece are called the buildings which use reinforced concrete as a material for building the bearing shell of the building. The walls are made of bricks and plastered inside and outside with three coats of plaster.

If we come to an agreement on the architectural plans we begin the process of issuing building permits. The payments for the license are 1 / 3 in the initiation of the process and 1 / 3 when the permit is issued.

The company assumes full construction of your building.
